Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you use our website, request travel services, receive a quotation, make a payment, or ask us to arrange travel on your behalf.

Last Updated: October 2026

Service Terms

The Fly Routes provides travel assistance and arrangements based on the service requested by the customer. Select the relevant service below to review the applicable terms.

Please read before making payment.

A quotation, fare display, itinerary, booking reference or reservation does not by itself guarantee a ticket or final travel service. Travel is confirmed only when the applicable payment has been received and the requested service has been successfully confirmed or ticketed, where ticketing is applicable.

1. Our Services

The Fly Routes is an online travel service based in Punjab, India, providing travel assistance and arranging travel-related services for customers.

Our services may include flight search and booking assistance, fare comparison, itinerary planning, vacation packages, hotel arrangements, transfers, tours, activities and related travel support.

Depending on the service requested, The Fly Routes may use Global Distribution Systems (GDS), airline reservation systems, direct airline inventory, authorised travel suppliers, consolidators, or other authorised booking systems.

The Fly Routes generally acts as a travel intermediary or agent where the actual travel service is provided by an airline, hotel, transport provider, tour operator, insurer or other third-party supplier. The relevant supplier's rules and conditions may apply in addition to these Terms.

2. Quotations, Fares, Taxes & Availability

All fares and prices are subject to availability and may change at any time.

  • Website prices and promotional fares are indicative unless expressly confirmed.
  • Quoted fares may expire before payment or ticket issuance.
  • A fare displayed in a GDS, airline system or other booking system does not by itself guarantee that the fare can still be ticketed.
  • Airline inventory may change at any time.
  • Taxes, airport charges, carrier surcharges and other government or supplier charges may change.
  • Currency conversion may affect the final amount payable.
  • Payment-provider, bank or remittance charges may apply depending on the payment method.
  • Different fare brands or booking classes may have different baggage, refund, cancellation and change conditions.

If a quoted fare expires, changes or becomes unavailable before ticket issuance, The Fly Routes may offer the next available fare or cancel the pending request.

3. Booking, Payment & Ticket Issuance

A customer's request to book is an instruction for The Fly Routes to attempt to arrange the requested service. It is not a guarantee of availability, price, seat, routing or ticket issuance.

A booking may be held in a GDS or airline reservation system without the ticket having been issued.

A booking is considered ticketed only when the applicable ticket has actually been issued and the customer has received the relevant ticket or e-ticket confirmation.

  • Payment deadlines must be followed exactly.
  • Late payment may result in cancellation, fare increase or loss of availability.
  • Partial payment does not create rights beyond those expressly confirmed.
  • A payment receipt does not necessarily mean that a ticket has been issued.
  • The customer should verify the ticket number/e-ticket confirmation before travel.
  • The Fly Routes may refuse, suspend or delay ticketing where payment verification, passenger information or supplier confirmation is incomplete.

4. GDS, Airline Systems & Technical Issues

The Fly Routes may use Global Distribution Systems (GDS), airline reservation systems and other authorised booking technology for availability, pricing, reservations, ticketing, exchanges, reissues and booking management.

GDS and airline systems may experience technical errors, connectivity problems, synchronisation delays, fare discrepancies, duplicate segments, incorrect displays, system outages or other technical issues.

A fare or availability displayed by a booking system may become unavailable before ticket issuance.

If a system error, incorrect fare, duplicate booking, unavailable inventory or other technical problem affects a transaction, The Fly Routes may need to correct, cancel, rebook or otherwise manage the affected booking in accordance with applicable supplier rules and law.

5. Passenger Names & Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger information before ticketing.

  • Full passenger name and spelling
  • Date of birth where required
  • Gender where required
  • Passport details
  • Nationality
  • Travel dates
  • Departure and arrival airports
  • Flight numbers and timings
  • Connections
  • Baggage allowance
  • Seats and other requested services

Incorrect information supplied by the customer may result in name correction charges, reissue charges, cancellation costs, denied boarding, loss of ticket value or other expenses.

Many airlines restrict name changes after ticket issuance. Any correction is subject to the applicable airline and fare rules.

Customers must immediately report any error noticed in a booking.

6. Passport, Visa, Transit & Travel Requirements

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess all documents and permissions required for their journey.

This may include passports, visas, transit visas, permits, entry approvals, health documents, vaccination documents, travel insurance and other required documents.

Travel requirements may vary according to nationality, destination, transit point, airline, passport type and date of travel and may change without notice.

Customers should verify current requirements with the relevant airline, immigration authority, embassy, consulate and other official authorities.

Legal Disclaimer: The Fly Routes operates exclusively as a digital booking facilitator for flights and pre-packaged holidays. We do NOT offer visa processing, immigration consultancy, foreign employment assistance, or visa guidance. Securing valid travel documents, including passports and visas, is the sole responsibility of the customer. We operate strictly as a Udyam-registered service provider and do not act as an immigration consultant or state-licensed visa agent.

The Fly Routes is not responsible for losses arising from visa refusal, denied entry, denied transit, insufficient passport validity, incorrect or missing documentation, immigration decisions, inadmissibility or failure to satisfy travel requirements, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes, Cancellations, Refunds, Reissues & Service Fees

Changes, cancellations, refunds, credits, reissues, exchanges and rerouting are subject to the applicable airline, fare, ticket and supplier rules.

There is no automatic 24-hour cancellation or full-refund guarantee for every booking.

Any 24-hour cancellation or full-refund facility is available only where the applicable airline, fare rule, ticket condition or supplier policy specifically permits it.

The availability of any 24-hour cancellation or full-refund facility may depend on the airline, fare type, ticket conditions, date and time of travel, origin, destination, market, jurisdiction, whether the ticket has been used or modified, and other applicable restrictions.

Same-Calendar-Day / 24-Hour Rule

Where an airline or applicable fare rule provides a cancellation or full-refund facility based on the same calendar date, the eligibility period ends at 11:59 PM on the same calendar date on which the ticket was issued, unless the airline's written fare rule expressly provides otherwise.

This is not automatically a rolling 24-hour period.

  • If a ticket is issued at 12:00 AM on 10 September, the same-calendar-day period ends at 11:59 PM on 10 September.
  • If a ticket is issued at 12:00 PM on 10 September, the same-calendar-day period still ends at 11:59 PM on 10 September.
  • If a ticket is issued at 11:50 PM on 10 September, the same-calendar-day period still ends at 11:59 PM on 10 September.
  • A request made at 12:00 AM on 11 September is treated as being made on the next calendar date and does not qualify merely because less than 24 actual hours have passed.

Where an airline instead provides a genuine rolling 24-hour cancellation or refund period, that airline-specific rule will apply according to the applicable fare conditions.

The Fly Routes does not create, extend or guarantee an airline's 24-hour cancellation or refund policy.

Some fares may be non-refundable, non-changeable or subject to strict conditions even shortly after ticket issuance.

Airline penalties, fare differences, taxes, supplier charges and applicable The Fly Routes service fees may apply separately.

Service Fee Policy

The Fly Routes may charge an applicable service, administrative, processing or professional assistance fee for work performed in connection with a booking or travel service.

Where an applicable service fee has been communicated, accepted, charged or reasonably incurred for a booking or service, that fee may remain payable or non-refundable even where the airline, supplier or another third party subsequently cancels, changes, refunds, delays, reschedules or otherwise modifies the underlying travel service, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms communicated to the customer.

This may include, where applicable:

  • Voluntary cancellation by the customer
  • Voluntary date or itinerary changes
  • Airline schedule changes
  • Airline cancellations
  • Flight delays or disruptions
  • Involuntary rebooking
  • Refund requests
  • Full or partial airline refunds
  • Ticket exchanges or reissues
  • No-show situations
  • Supplier cancellations
  • Customer inability to travel
  • Booking corrections
  • Refund processing
  • Refund follow-up
  • Rebooking assistance
  • Alternative travel arrangements

An airline's approval of a full refund does not automatically mean that The Fly Routes service fee is refundable.

Where an airline permits a full refund of the ticket fare, The Fly Routes may refund the eligible airline or supplier amount after deducting any applicable The Fly Routes service, administrative or processing fee, together with any other non-refundable charges applicable to the booking, where permitted by law.

Airline or supplier penalties and The Fly Routes service fees are separate charges and may both apply where permitted.

Refund processing may take time because the airline or supplier may need to process and release the funds before The Fly Routes can complete the corresponding customer refund.

The Fly Routes cannot guarantee a refund where the applicable airline, fare or supplier rules do not permit one.

Customers should request changes or cancellations as early as possible and before the applicable departure or ticketing deadline. Failure to do so may result in no-show status, loss of ticket value or additional charges.

8. Airline Schedule Changes, Cancellations & Disruptions

Airlines may change flight schedules, aircraft, flight numbers, terminals, routings, connections or operating arrangements after booking.

Flights may be delayed, cancelled, diverted, overbooked or otherwise disrupted.

Where the airline or supplier provides a remedy, such as rebooking, rerouting, credit or refund, The Fly Routes will assist the customer in accordance with the applicable airline or supplier policy.

The final decision regarding airline operational remedies normally rests with the airline or relevant supplier.

The Fly Routes does not control airline operations, airport operations, air traffic restrictions, government directives or other external events.

Customers should monitor their flight status and booking close to departure.

Any applicable The Fly Routes service or administrative fee may remain applicable in connection with work performed for a schedule change, cancellation, rebooking, refund or other disruption, subject to the terms communicated to the customer and applicable law.

9. Baggage, Seats, Meals & Special Requests

Baggage allowances, seat selection, meals, wheelchair assistance, infant services, sports equipment, special assistance and other ancillary services are subject to the applicable airline or supplier.

  • Not every fare includes checked baggage.
  • Seat selection may be chargeable and may not be guaranteed.
  • Special requests are requests and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
  • Airlines may change assigned seats or operational arrangements.
  • Excess, oversized, sports or special baggage may attract additional charges.

Customers should verify the final baggage allowance and important ancillary services on the issued ticket or supplier confirmation.

10. Payments, Currency & Payment Verification

Customers must make payment only through a payment method or account officially communicated by The Fly Routes.

Customers should not transfer money to an unofficial account, unknown individual or unverified payment destination claiming to represent The Fly Routes.

  • The final payable amount must be confirmed before payment.
  • Bank, card, payment gateway, currency conversion, remittance or intermediary charges may apply.
  • For international payments, the amount actually received may differ from the amount sent.
  • The Fly Routes may request reasonable information to verify a payment.
  • Where payment cannot be verified, ticketing or service delivery may remain pending.

Customers should retain payment confirmations, invoices, receipts and booking communications.

11. Fraud, Unauthorised Payments & Chargebacks

Customers must not use stolen cards, unauthorised payment instruments, fraudulent identities, false documents or another person's payment credentials without proper authority.

If a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back or reported as unauthorised after a travel service has been supplied or a ticket has been issued, The Fly Routes may provide relevant transaction and booking records to the payment provider, bank, card network, airline, supplier, law-enforcement authority or other competent authority as permitted by law.

A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel the customer's obligations relating to a confirmed booking or service.

12. Third-Party Suppliers & Travel Providers

Flights, hotels, transfers, tours, activities, insurance and other travel services may be provided or operated by third parties.

Each supplier may have separate terms, cancellation rules, refund procedures, baggage rules, check-in requirements, identification requirements, age restrictions and liability limitations.

The Fly Routes does not control the independent operation of third-party suppliers.

Where a supplier is responsible for the actual travel service, the customer's rights and remedies may be subject to that supplier's rules and applicable law.

13. Vacation Packages & Non-Air Services

Package and non-air arrangements may contain several separate travel components with different supplier rules.

  • Hotel room categories, meal plans and facilities are subject to supplier confirmation.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out times and local charges may apply.
  • Transfers and activities operate according to supplier schedules and conditions.
  • Weather, seasonal closures, local restrictions or operational changes may affect activities.
  • Package changes or cancellations may create separate supplier penalties and applicable service fees.

🌍 Holiday Packages — Terms & Conditions

The Fly Routes may arrange holiday packages and related travel services including hotels, transfers, tours, activities, sightseeing and other travel components based on the customer's requirements.

Package Quotations & Availability

  • Package prices are subject to availability and may change until confirmed.
  • A displayed or quoted package price does not guarantee availability until the applicable booking has been confirmed.
  • Package pricing may depend on travel dates, number of travellers, hotel availability, room category, transport, activities and supplier conditions.
  • Any applicable taxes, government charges, supplier charges, city taxes, tourism fees or other third-party charges will be communicated where applicable.
  • Changes in availability or supplier pricing before confirmation may result in a revised quotation.

Package Inclusions & Exclusions

The inclusions and exclusions of each package will be specified in the applicable quotation or written confirmation.

  • Hotel category, room type and meal plan are subject to the confirmed booking.
  • Transfers and transportation are subject to supplier schedules and conditions.
  • Tours, sightseeing and activities are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
  • Items not specifically listed as included in the quotation should not be assumed to be included.
  • Personal expenses, optional activities and other non-included services are payable separately where applicable.

Package Confirmation & Payment

A package enquiry or quotation does not by itself create a confirmed booking. The package becomes confirmed only after the applicable payment and supplier confirmations have been completed and The Fly Routes has provided written confirmation.

Payment deadlines communicated in the quotation must be followed. Failure to make payment within the applicable deadline may result in cancellation, loss of availability or a change in price.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes, cancellations and refunds for holiday packages are subject to the terms of the individual hotels, tour operators, transfer providers, activity providers, airlines and other suppliers forming part of the package.

Supplier cancellation charges, non-refundable amounts, fare differences, hotel penalties and other applicable charges may apply.

Any The Fly Routes service, administrative or processing fee applicable to the package will be communicated separately and may remain payable where permitted by applicable law and the terms communicated to the customer.

Supplier Changes & Operational Issues

Hotels, transport providers, tour operators and activity providers may change schedules, facilities, operating arrangements or availability. Where a supplier provides an alternative or remedy, The Fly Routes will assist the customer in accordance with the applicable supplier policy.

The Fly Routes does not control the independent operation of third-party suppliers.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate traveller information, reviewing the final itinerary and confirmation, and ensuring that they understand the inclusions, exclusions, dates, hotel details, transfer arrangements and other important conditions before approving the package.

Important:

Holiday packages may contain services provided by different third-party suppliers. Each supplier may have separate terms, cancellation rules, refund conditions and operational policies.

14. Privacy, Customer Records & Communications

To arrange travel services, The Fly Routes may collect and process information such as passenger names, contact details, travel dates, passport or identity information and payment-related transaction information.

Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with airlines, GDS and booking systems, authorised suppliers, payment providers, technology providers, authorities or other relevant parties for providing the requested service, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations or protecting against fraud.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have authority to provide information relating to other passengers in their booking.

The Fly Routes may communicate with customers by email, WhatsApp, telephone or other contact details provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for keeping their contact details accessible and checking important booking communications.

15. Customer Communications & Approval

Where a customer approves a fare, itinerary, passenger details, change, cancellation, reissue or other booking instruction through a recorded communication channel, including email, WhatsApp or other written communication, that approval may be relied upon by The Fly Routes to process the requested service.

Customers should not provide approval until they have checked the relevant details.

If a customer does not respond before a stated fare or ticketing deadline, The Fly Routes cannot guarantee that the same fare, availability or booking will remain available.

16. No-Shows & Missed Flights

If a passenger fails to check in, fails to appear for a flight, misses a flight, arrives too late or otherwise does not use a confirmed booking, the booking may be treated as a no-show according to the airline's rules.

No-show penalties, loss of ticket value, cancellation restrictions, rebooking charges and other fees may apply.

The Fly Routes is not responsible for losses resulting from a customer's failure to arrive at the airport on time or failure to comply with airline check-in requirements.

Any assistance provided after a no-show may be subject to applicable airline rules and The Fly Routes service fees.

17. Connections & Separate Tickets

Customers must pay particular attention to connection times, airports and separate-ticket arrangements.

Where separate tickets or separate bookings are used, one booking may not protect the customer against a missed connection caused by disruption to another booking.

Unless expressly confirmed as a protected connection by the relevant airline or supplier, customers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for immigration, baggage collection, security, airport transfer and check-in.

18. Travel Insurance

Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage, delays, missed connections and other risks relevant to their journey.

Travel insurance is a separate service and is subject to the insurer's own terms and exclusions.

The Fly Routes does not guarantee that an insurance claim will be accepted or paid.

19. Limitation of Liability

The Fly Routes will provide its services with reasonable care and diligence.

However, The Fly Routes is not the operator of an airline, airport, immigration authority, hotel, transport company, tour operator, insurer or other independent supplier.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Fly Routes is not responsible for losses caused by matters outside its reasonable control or by the acts, omissions, decisions or failures of third-party suppliers.

This may include airline delays, cancellations, denied boarding, baggage problems, immigration decisions, visa refusals, hotel issues, transport disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, airport closures, border restrictions, changes in travel requirements or supplier system failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Events Outside Reasonable Control

The Fly Routes will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics or public-health emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, industrial action, government orders, border closures, infrastructure failures, telecommunications failures, major cyber incidents affecting external systems, airport closures, airline operational failures or major technical outages.

Any mandatory legal, consumer, refund or supplier rights that apply will continue to apply.

21. Website Information & Acceptable Use

The Fly Routes aims to keep website information accurate and useful, but travel prices, availability, schedules and travel requirements can change.

Website content, promotional information and indicative fares should not be treated as a guarantee of availability, price, entry permission or supplier performance unless expressly confirmed.

Final booking conditions are determined by the applicable quotation, ticket, fare rules, supplier rules and written confirmation.

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted information, impersonate another person, conduct fraudulent activity or use the website for unlawful purposes.

22. Customer Responsibility Before Travel

Before travelling, customers should carefully review all final documents and verify important operational information.

  • Passenger names
  • Travel dates
  • Departure and arrival airports
  • Terminals
  • Flight numbers and timings
  • Connection times
  • Baggage allowance
  • Passport validity
  • Visa and transit requirements
  • Airline check-in deadlines
  • Flight status before departure

Customers should keep copies of tickets, confirmations, invoices, receipts and important communications.

Any booking error should be reported to The Fly Routes immediately after discovery.

23. Service Fee & Supplier Fee Distinction

The Fly Routes service, administrative, processing or professional assistance fee is separate from airline or supplier charges.

Airline penalties, fare differences, taxes, supplier charges, payment charges and The Fly Routes service fees may apply independently.

A waiver, refund or adjustment granted by an airline or supplier does not automatically waive The Fly Routes' applicable service fee.

Similarly, the fact that an airline provides a full refund does not automatically mean that The Fly Routes' separately applicable service or processing fee is refundable.

24. Records & Documentation

The Fly Routes may retain relevant booking, communication, payment, invoice, ticketing and refund records for business, accounting, customer-service, dispute-resolution, legal, regulatory and fraud-prevention purposes, subject to applicable law.

25. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory legal rights.

Subject to any mandatory law or forum available to a consumer, disputes arising from services provided by The Fly Routes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Moga, Punjab, India.

26. Changes to These Terms

The Fly Routes may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, booking processes, technology or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on the website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Terms applicable to a particular booking may also include the fare rules, ticket conditions, supplier terms and written booking conditions communicated to the customer for that transaction.
